Bowerstead is a small operation, so an email here reaches a person who can actually do something about it, not a queue. We read everything.
contact@bowerstead.com reaches us for everything: questions, help, billing, refunds, privacy, feature ideas, or telling us we’ve got something wrong. One address, so there’s never a wrong one to pick.
Your family’s data. Write to the same address for privacy questions or to ask us to delete something. You don’t need to email anyone to export or delete your account, both are self-serve in Settings, but if you’d rather ask a human, ask there.
When you’ll hear back
We aim to reply within two working days. We’re a small team, so now and then it takes a little longer. If something is broken and it’s blocking you, say so in the subject line and we’ll jump it.

It’s a registered office, not a shopfront, so post reaches us but slowly. Email is much faster for anything that needs an answer.
Before you write
If your question is how something in the app works, our help section walks through it step by step: setting up a school year, capturing work as you go, and exporting attendance, grade reports and transcripts.
Some things have a page that answers faster than we can: refunds and cancellation for money and leaving, privacy for what we store and who touches it, cookies and tracking for what’s kept in your browser, and terms of service for the agreement itself. If the answer isn’t there, that’s our fault rather than yours, and we’d like to know.
